These stunning tutus are handmade to order in a short length (just above the knee) using 3 layers of tulle secured on elastic to ensure comfort. They have a ribbon tie to the front (the ribbon colour can be changed, just contact me).

Please note there is a 3 to 6 week lead time on skirts.
