Can designs be customized?
Please contact us with the piece you would like customized and please include as much detail as possible. For example colour scheme, age, measurements and exactly what you’d like to be customized.
Why does my piece look slightly different to the one pictured on the website? As each piece is handmade to order and completely organic it is not always possible to have the exact flowers and foliage. Colours also may vary due to the dying process.
What is the lead time on orders?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of all products as each piece is hand-made to order. During busy periods your order may take longer. Please contact us via email to discuss current leat times.
Can I have delivery sooner than 4-6 weeks?
If you need the piece sooner, we will be more than happy to help if we can but please keep in mind that this may not always be possible during busy periods such as the run up to communion or confirmation season.
Returns Policy
As each piece is made to order, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Please be as specific as possible in the notes section while ordering to ensure that special requests can be considered.
